Privacy Protection

How is this possible you ask?  The Phone Vault Pro software is pin code protected.  This means that when you download and install the software on your phone, you choose a memorable pin code that will give only you access to the Vault of information you choose to store within the software.

Private & Secure Contacts

Phone Vault Pro  allows you to keep the contacts you select Private and Confidential only to you on your BlackBerry, Android,  Symbian, or Nokia handset.

After installing the software on your phone, you can transfer the contacts that you want to keep private into the Vault where only you will be able to access them using a 4 digit pin code of your choosing.

If anyone were to ever look through your phone and  your contact list, they will only see those names and contact details that you leave on phone’s normal contact list, while your private list is hidden from view and prying eyes.

Once your contacts are placed in the Vault, you can now send texts, pictures, and files to them privately and with 100% security as the information is never recorded in your normal handset.

It is as if the contact was never in your phone, you never sent him or her a text, picture, or file.

*NEW* -   We have upgraded Phone Guard Pro so that now all calls to contacts in your Vault  are also private.   What this means is, if you place a call to somone in your Vault contact list, the call will never be recorded as taking place from your handset.  There will be absolutely no record of it ever happening on your handset!

Hidden SMS & MMS Messages

There are a number of apps available for the BlackBerry, Android, Sybian, and Nokia operating systems and many of them that are very good.

However, what you miss with a simple app is functionality and a complete solution to 100% SMS & MMS security and privacy.

With Phone Vault Pro, you can send texts and receive texts to and from a Contact in your Vault.  What this means for your privacy is – a record of the sent text will never be registered on your handset or discoverable by someone snooping around your phone when you aren’t looking.

MMS, a more important feature to many, is also completely stealth.  You can send and receive MMS’s from your phone and they will never be recorded events in your phone’s operating system.  No one but you will know that an MMS was sent or the content of the MMS.

Received MMS’s from contacts in the Vault are also invisible to everyone but you.  Any picture that is received on your handset in the Vault, stays in the Vault!

Hidden Image Capture

Have you ever taken a picture and forgot that it was on your phone and then have someone ask you about it when showing them other pictures.

With Phone Vault Pro, you can now keep the pictures and images you want to keep private…  PRIVATE.

To access this feature, simply key in your stealth pin code or select the Phone Vault Pro icon on your handset and take a picture as normal.

The moment you capture the image, it is under lock and key safely within your Vault where only you will know of its existence.

Incoming Texts & Notifications

A great feature built into the Phone Vault Pro Software for your handset is the Incoming Transmission Notification.

When you receive a text, sms, file, picture, (whatever it may be), instead of your phone notifying you in the normal way, you can set up Phone Vault Pro to  send you a ’dummy’ SMS, vibrate or play one of three sounds.

For example, if you use the dummy text feature, it’s easy to set up a message like “Get a 25% discount at Burger Hut this Tuesday” that will be delivered to your phone as a normal message as soon as a hidden text, picture, or file arrives in your Phone Vault , without anyone else the wiser!

Secure Auto Locking

Another added bonus of the Phone Vault Pro Software is the Auto Lock feature.

You can set Phone Vault Pro to close down on your handset from 5 seconds to 5 minutes, so that you can multitask without constantly re-entering your PIN.

This is a great feature if you are more than arms length away from your phone for periods of time throughout the day – in meetings, in another room, out for the day and forgot your phone at home.

Setting up the Auto Lock feature is just another level of protection that will keep your private contacts and files private.

Secure Files

Phone Vault Pro allows you to keep all the files within the software absolutely private.

All files that you recieve or store within the Vault remain locked behind a pin coded door.

All file types – word documents, spreadsheets, PDF’s, pictures, detailed contact records, video, music and sound files, web addresses, and more… are 100% protected.

What this means to you as the handset owner is -  there will never be a record of you having sent, recieved, or even have the file on your phone as long as it is within the Vault.

To add files to Phone Vault Pro, simply open the software, and select the “Hide A File” icon.  You can then select files from anywhere on your phone.

Quick Vault Access

Need to send a text, sms, file, video to a contact in your Phone Vault Pro Vault Fast?  We have built in a feature for doing just that.

Simply access Phone Vault Pro on your handset, select your contact, and press and hold on the contact name.  Instantly a menu of options will be available so you can quickly text, send a file, send and sms, and more.

When you are finished, you can either shake your handset to close Phone Vault Pro, or close the application.

This is especially handy when you are near someone who you don’t want to know what you are doing but need to respond to a text or message quickly.

Security Log

Wondering if someone has tried to access your phone and the Phone Vault Pro software on your handset?

You can quickly check by viewing the login record within the Vault.  Every single successful and failed log in will be stored here.

If you have discovered that someone has been trying to access your Vault, it may be time to switch it to Stealth Mode.

If you do choose Stealth Mode, the Phone Vault Pro icon will disappear from your handset completely…so If someone tries break in again, they will think that you deleted the program from your phone and never be the wiser.

Stealth Mode Explained

Exciting News – We have just added the Stealth Mode as a standard feature for Phone Vault Pro.

What is Stealth Mode you ask?

Quite simply, once you download the software on your handset, you have the choice of either displaying a Phone Vault Pro icon on your handset or having it completely Stealth.

If you choose the Stealth mode or configuration, no one but you will know Phone Vault Pro is on your handset – there will be absolutely no record of it anywhere.

To access your Vault of information within Phone Vault Pro in Stealth Mode, simply enter the 4 digit secure PIN you created from the handset keypad and your in.

Shake To Close

Need to shut down Phone Vault Pro on your handset in a hurry?   All you have to do is shake your handset and Phone Valut Pro is once again stealth.

You never know when this is going to come in handy – unexpectedly bumping into a friend, your boss, your girlfriend or boyfriend.

Dummy Text Explained

One of the features that makes Phone Vault Pro unique is the built in feature of receiving a dummy text whenever one of your contacts within the Vault send you a picture, sms, file, video, text, or voice message.

How it works is like this -  You are having dinner with your girlfriend or boyfriend and one of your contacts in the VAULT sends you an sms from a party that you were at the night before.  Instead of your phone buzzing, or playing the normal chime when you receive an sms,  you configured your Phone Vault Pro to send you a dummy text that is from your mother (or your father, brother, boss, anyone you like) asking you to call her when you get a chance.

Your girlfriend or boyfriend asks who the text is from and you show them all along knowing that you have just received an sms from your friend that you can look at when you have a little more privacy.

We think this is one of the best features of our software – allows you to be completely discrete and allows you to keep your personal business private.
